Errors, Omissions, Errata

Chaptered law occasionally contains errors and omissions that are updated by the Legislature to clarify existing statutes and to eliminate conflicts between laws containing differing text affecting the same matter. Occasionally, the publisher of the Maine Planning & Land Use Laws is made aware of errors created in the composition of the book.
The corrections will be included in the next printing of the MPLUL.
